1. General Terms

Welcome to Peraquam SPA. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and members of Peraquam SPA across all our branches in Karnataka.

2. Services and Booking

All spa services are subject to availability. Appointments can be booked by visiting any branch, calling our reception, or through our online booking system. We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments for no-shows

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted at the branch via cash, UPI, or POS/card machines. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (CGST + SGST at 18%). A detailed GST-compliant invoice will be provided for all transactions.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the validity period. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Memberships

Membership benefits are non-transferable unless specified otherwise. Memberships auto-expire at the end of the validity period. Unused complimentary sessions do not carry forward. Refunds on memberships will be prorated based on usage.

7. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancies before treatment. Peraquam SPA reserves the right to refuse service if there are health concerns that may be affected by the treatment. A consent form must be signed before certain treatments.

8. Liability

While we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, Peraquam SPA is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments that were not disclosed prior to the service. Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this website and in our branches are the intellectual property of Peraquam SPA. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
